Rectangle Lid/Baker
old style Wine Bottle Opener

I find the Lid/Bowl on Craigslist quite often. You might want to check there. I got my sister one for $10 that way. :)

believe it or not, I still had one!!! I found it when I was cleaning out my basement! Thanks anyway, Amy!
