I am leaving for Leadership this afternoon, and I was reflecting on how this year heading to Leadership is so much different than last year. Last year I went to Leadership, only because I paid already, and I was too scared to tell my director I was hanging up my apron. This year I am heading to Leadership as a new director, with 6 on my team, 2 more signing this month, and 2 more next month, earned the Miami trip, and pumped about my business!!!
