I like to send a couple of emails a week to my team. Often it's a flyer or tip from Chef Success. I learned from Sue Rusch a long time ago a quick tip or recipe idea can be a great motivator and email makes it easy.

I heard from an upper level director (a very successful one) that she has her 3 monthly tips she gives her downline. Now that her cluster is so big, she calls her 20% personally and the rest get the tips either if they call her or through postcalls.com. Anyone do this?

I send instant recognition when ever it is appropriate and I send great tips and ideas as I hear or think of them and also other training or information emails.
My team gets at least 2 emails per week from me and I fear clogging their inbox.
I also call my top or hot and new team members at least once a week and everyone else at least once a month.

I do pass along emails my upline sends me, too.

My most favorite place to find motivation is Chef Success. When I find a great flyer/tip whatever- I'll forward it to my downline. Something like that can be very motivating to me and to them and quick for me to do. And I'm sure this site will also become a great resource for us.
