I have used the "contact me" section to ask for a name change (long story) but I haven't received anything back. Is there another way to contact? I know things have probably been nuts with the sites being down, but I'd really like to deal with this.

Who are you trying to contact and whose name are you trying to change?

Sorry, I'm still half asleep here. I'm trying to change my forum name due to some harassment I'm having on another site where i have the same username. I'm trying to get ahold of Greg or whoever can do that for me or tell me if I need to cancel my subscription and re-sign or what....I'd like to get this dealt with ASAP.

He will do that for you - no problem. I had my full real name as my user name on CS when I first signed up and he changed it for me when I decided to be more "incognito".
