How many of you have the new consultant's 1st for shows LINED UP before submitting their agreement?

I do- but often she's still firming up dates. But I tell her she has to have at least 4 in her first 30 days. So usually by the time she gets the kit- the dates are firm.

I voted 'yes, always' (but 'almost always' would be more truthful). I include catalog shows in this...though I strongly encourage at least two of the first shows be cooking shows.

I have my one that is $94 from me qualifying for double recruit points and she is petering with me. She has not got any parties booked until "maybe" the summer. I can not get it through her noggin. Just one frigging order or party...she would get 50% rebate for her kit and $100 PC dollars. She did order big off this party so she is tapped out.

Frustrating to say the least. I try to get them to get dates and they give me wishy washiness...and I settle for it!:grumpy:(Mad at self):grumpy:

I could be thinking wrong but if your recruit is getting the 50% rebate, are you sure you get double recruiting points? I think you get double recruiting dollars. I would double check that Ann.

Yes, I have them have 4 confirmed dates before we order their kit. Now, unfortunately they're not always 100% because I think sometimes new consultants don't really understand what "confirmed" means because I'll often be talking to them after and it comes out that one of the hosts wasn't sure, etc...

Ok, yes, I am balled up. :yuck:She signed March 27th but because her 30 days are up 5/6, I thought she signed in April. So yes, I would get $60 and she would get half of her kit cost back. Thanks!!!
