Do you give something for qualifying?

Like at the monthly meeting? If so what? Or do you just do vocal or written congrats? Or nothing?

I give the qualification pin from Merrill and it seems like something else but can't remember what!!

I started to give the catalog tote and the pin. The tote I will give out if they do it in 30 days. I've also given cash bags and pin.

I give the hat pin from Merrill. And this month I am starting to give the tote bag if they qualify in 30 days.

I do the pin and the tote bag if they qualify in 30 days too. That bag is a great incentive for most of them, not to mention
$200 PC Bucks! :)

I give them the Chef hat pin.

If they do it in 30 days I give them the choice between the tote bag or table cloth (I have a man on my team).

I also give them a "goodie" bag with some business supplies.

I give the pin, a logo bag of their choice (I get a couple of the Memorabilia boxes at NC to do this VERY inexpensively), and $25 of products of their choice from items I have on hand.

It seems like a lot, but I find I can do all of it at little cost to myself.

The chef hat pin. I also have some cash bags I bought at Leadership after a new consultant told me she was a little flustered at her first shows with all the cash and checks.
