My Director was just contacted about adding a Hospitality consultant to our team. She asked me if I was Ok with having her at our meetings and such.
Of course I said yes, but we have no idea what this changes for us.
Do we get to see her stats for recognition?

If there is a way to get Hosp. stats I would be thrilled! I send an e-mail to mine (I have 4 host. consultants) a week before our TEAM Training letting them know that if they want to be included in the recognition, they need to e-mail me their stats. Then I include a list of what I recognize and they just put in the # after each and e-mail it back to me.
I would love it if HO would let us find out hosp. stats!

I agree! If we are offering to train those consultants and recognize them at our meetings and in Newsletters there should be an easy way to verify stats.

My director has an email she sends out to HER consultants that are attending OTHER hospitaliy meetings. I'll see if I can find it and post it. Basically it is a form they can fill out on their stats and take to the meeting and get recognized. When there is something special (silver whisk or qual pin), she works with the hospitality director to make sure that gets recognized in a big way.

I have LOTS of hospitality people. The plus side is that often they are the ones that are really motivated and working thier business. The excitement spreads to the rest of the team.

At our cluster meetings (there are 3-4 of us directors who group up to do them), we have everyone bring their own Monthly Sales Diaries. Hospitality AND otherwise. Then they actually fill out a form another director came up with (kind of like a spreadsheet) that has their number of shows, total sales, highest show, any other accomplishments, etc. That makes it much easier for recognition. We have a lot of hospitality, so this ensures everyone is included in recognition.

I've been a hospitality consultant since I joined. I give thanks daily that my HD didn't treat me any different from the rest of her team. I've really thrived being in such a supportive environment.

Other then a hospitality director under Kathy Yellets - we haven't any hospitality for a couple of years. In my area there are lots of directors so they must be going to others.
