January Kick off

Each year our team does a regional kick off in January and in August. To kick off the next selling season. In January we also do year end recognition.
We used to do workshops and such. This year we want to do something different. So I'm looking to you guys for some ideas.
We have talked about doing something big on bookings and using that darn phone. ;)
Do any of you do this type of meeting?
This is done with a team of 9 directors. So it usually is a good size turnout.

We have a big Regional the last weekend in January w/like 15 directors. We use a hotel & always have a Director's lunch on the first day last year we had Ilene Meckley for a 2 hours personal training it was awesome!!
Then we go straight to the hotel & start the conference. there are lots of things going on Friday night & then Saturday we have a guest speaker.
They also do recognition & introduce the new trip destinations in a fun way.

We have done speakers before. We even thought of bringing in a chef.
