I am doing this activity with my team tonite at our meeting. For the Holiday Sales Bingo sheet we are going to discuss all the ways to increase sales and bookings between now and Christmas.
Then for the January one- I left it blank and they can brainstorm and fill in the January one themselves tonite at the meeting. I've printed them back to back.
There is no prize except a more profitable business and a better paycheck.
