We are doing a big one in February. Weather is too iffy in January where I live. So we are just having a regular meeting in January- easier to cancel if we have to in case of weather. So we will be doing yearly sales awards etc. in at the kick off in February. We get together with 6 directors.

What do you do at this kick off?

For us its just a big combined meeting with other clusters. It's nice to do yearly recognition there because they get recognized in front of a big group and hopefully inspired by others around them. Sometimes we do a demo. Each director usually does a segment plus we have drawings and raffles and displays and other fun stuff.

When do the Directors packages come in? Usually or team has the Spring Kick Off within a day or so of the new products arriving. This year we are planning for the first weekend in February.

I think they're usually right at the end of January.

We usually do a big kick-off in February and make it a "Sampling of the Pampered Chef" type thing too.:)

Ours is a big event & it's a lot of fun! we have drawings/raffles/speakers/kitchen show live presentations/speakers & a room where we set up diffferent tables.....new products, paychecks, bridal info, & what ever other idea anyone has.
We had over 100 people last year in Geneva, NY-- even a big snow storm that weekend!!

About 10 years ago I was in charge of a fashon show at our winter kick off. Then we had about 200 or so at our kick offs. They dressed up to fit different theme shows and we had about 12 models. I was the moderator. It was done half for fun and half to promote theme show ideas. We had a football player, bride and groom(both female), construction worker with pc tools in her belt. Everyone was in charge of getting their own costume together. It was so much fun!
