I had these at a gathering last night- soooo goood! I'm making them for Thanksgiving morning.
Here's the recipe-Pumpkin Muffins
4 eggs
1 2/3 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking soda
16 oz can pumpkin
1 cup veg oil
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1-2 cups chocolate chips
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour in muffin cups/tin. Bake at 350 degrees (10-15 minutes).
