Gift Certificates?

Does anyone give out gift certificates for recognition. If so what kind and for how much?

I give out PC$$ for different promotions I run - usually $5 but for something big up to $25.

I do gift certificates that I make myself for drawings at fairs but haven't for my team. I am thinking of doing Conference Dollars gift certificates but most of my team are hobbiest and aren't interested in going to conference - hopefully that is changing!
