Recruiting in the UK

Does anyone know anything about this? I have a US consultant who has many friends in the UK that are interested. I seem to remember a "referral" bonus or something -- can't find it now....

There is a referral bonus of $25 PC Dollars when they sign their agreement as well as a $100 bonus PC Dollars when they qualify (no time requirement to get that).
