Wow its a been an amazing selling season!!! Pampered Chef gave us all the tools we needed this fall to meet and exceed our personal goals and soar to new heights. And they are continuing with amazing January and February specials. Now whether you choose to use all these tools is a business decision made by your company's CEO (that's you). Everyday we make choices that affect our business. Will I work on my business today? How much time will I work? What will I focus on? As your businesses CEO all business decisions made by you-STAND. You are solely responsible for achieving the level of success that's meets your goal. All the support systems like me, Pampered Chef, your friends and family, and all the resources out there are just advisors. At this time of year- we often take stock- review the past year and think about changes. One of my favorite quotes is "Nothing changes until you change." Do you realize how amazingly powerful that is? Take a few minutes to think about where you'd like to take your business. What goals and dreams are still waiting to be fulfilled. You can do it- remember you're the CEO. Your business will go in whatever direction you guide it to.
