Who is on track for TPC???

I am on track for personal sales. I need about $24k between now and May 31st. I know I will do it!!!! $4700 a month will be steep, but I will get there. Gonna set my goal and make it happen. I WANT A RING!!!!

Let's post here and keep each other on track whether it's for recruiting or sales or balanced business or first line or........

I need $39,426 for Personal Sales, 15 to qualify for Personal Recruits (I have 4 that are eligible right now), $30,088 and 12 recruits and 1 director for Personal Business. It would be great, but I'm not so sure if it will happen. I tend to make huge goals and then not be upset if they don't happen, so I am working more on smaller goals. I want to recruit at least 2 a month and sell at least $3,000 in 6 or more Cooking Shows.

Thanks for posting this Deb! I'm going to go in and look at the TPC requirements and break it down and set a goal to earn SOMETHING!! I want a ring too!!!!!!

I need 12,063 for personal sales...6113, 6 recruits and 1 director for Balanced Business...I am REALLY shooting for Balanced Business!!!!

You guys are doing great!! I'm going for TPC in recruiting, I have 9 qualified now, one that's not qualified yet and I need 5 more.

Did I mention I had the 15 for last year and lost it because my sales were below 15K? Sad sales... Wish I could quit my full time job NOW! :) I admire those of you who do it with sales and earn trips with sales. If it wasn't for recruiting I wouldn't be going on the cruise...

had such a hard summer that I am way behind in sales, I would really like recruiting this year though. I think I have 4 so far. But I have 7 fence sitters right now, so there is till some hope.

My bad summer put me behind and my not so shaped up Jan. is hurting me.
I need 29,900 in sales. Or in recruiting I need 8 more. Which I guess could still happen.
I need to get my thinking cap back on.

For Balanced Business:
I have one new consultant that I need to qualify. And after her I need 7 more! YIKES. I need my one director, which I am hoping will promote by conference.

I have to get on the phone. Working full time makes it very difficult.:(

For personal sales I need a little over 15K.
For personal recruits, one more.
For Balanced Business, about 7K and one director (No one currently aiming for that right now....which is okay with me. My director gave me the space to move up in my own time; I want to do the same for my team members...though I'm happy to encourage them.)
