Director Pile On

Has anyone every done a Director Pile on? I just promoted Jan 1st and have to do a Director Pile on at our Spring Kick-off meeting this Saturday.

Any tips?

My Director did one for me when I promoted. She used the name tag from Conference (red ribbon & training events), Directors edition CN, sunglasses shaped like $ for the reduced points for trips, a HUGE $ necklace (extra overrides & production bonus), some empty boxes (directors pkg for products), her Christmas gift from previous year. I can't remember what she did for the HO Leads. I know I'm leaving other things out as well.
