What kinds of ideas are you throwing out to your team to help them get bookings for the fall and promote the new products?

We did a theme show segment in our training meeting to get them thinking about what they could offer in the next several months (and to cross-sell the new products). They came up with a lot of ideas on their own doing this.
Entertaining Ideas, Gift Shopping without the Mall, Holiday Cooking for Crowds, Cookies and Candies...

I and try to get my team thinking about the fall right after National Conference. Very few can get their businesses into full gear for September after lowering it a notch for the summer in a short amount of time. I let them know they'll need time to contact- follow up and follow thru. If they don't start then-they could miss alot of September- a very important selling month. The great host bonus for August this year combined with all the announcements from conference I think made it a little easier.

I'm using these flyers tonight. I got them from my old director and I typed them all up again. I think our biggest hurdle right now is Bookings!! If they can get bookings, everything else will be possible.
These are the flyers I'll be handing out tonight!!!!:D Hope you can use them!

I thought it was kind of funny that the weekly bites today talked about doing a booking blitz. I just sent an email to my team over the weekend, asking who was going to join me for our booking blitz this Thursday. I had several people say yes right away. Thank you Kristi for posting those flyers. I am going to forward the "Get bookings" one to them right now!
