Call them directly at 847-282-2529. Was on hold 15 minutes and now am all set at the hotel I want and am reservation #73.

I think they worked out the kinks. I was able to register online and I am number 112.

So relieved. I love staying at The Palmer House and did not want to miss out on our double beds with double baths!

Thanks for the number, Colleen. i'll try this route, but I really need to leave to run errands! I just want to be sure to get the room I need. (I also like the2 double beds/2 baths but I'm trying for it at the Chicago HIlton).

I'm on hold now. We shall see how long this takes. I gave up with the online. It just isn't going to work.
I love the recording, we are exp. a higher than normal call volume. Ya think!!:grumpy:
